Invisalign

Your First Visit

On your first visit to our office, our dentist will conduct a dental exam. The purpose of the exam is to review the status of your current oral health and to resolve any possible dental problems before the treatment. Once an examination has been conducted, our dentist will take impressions of your teeth. These impressions will be used to make custom make your Invisalign. Invisalign is not suitable for children, nor for patients with severe dental issues and sensitivity issues.

Treatment Time

The duration of Invisalign all depends on the severity of your specific case.

Easy to Maintain

Unlike traditional metal braces, Invisalign are easy to clean. Our dentist will suggest cleaning them as often as you clean your teeth. To clean them, you can simply run them under warm water, several times a day.

No Harmful Toxins

A fundamental reason why patients have started to opt for Invisalign is that it’s made up of BPA-free plastic and does not have any plasticizers or other dangerous toxins that can be released into your mouth.

Invisalign are Transparent

The reason many of our patients resort to Invisalign is due to its transparency. The aligners consist of medical grade plastic components, allowing Invisalign to be discreet. Although they are transparent, they will still be slightly noticeable to someone in proximity of your teeth.

Invisalign are removable

Invisalign aligners are the only alternative to traditional braces in which can be removed at your convenience. Although our dentist will recommend wearing them as much as possible throughout your treatment, it is nice to have the option to remove them, in case of a special event or merely for the purpose of eating.

Retainer after treatment

Once you have completed your Invisalign treatment, our dentist will suggest wearing a retainer. The purpose of the retainer is to prevent your teeth from shifting into the position they were in before the treatment.
